Compassion Fatigue in Your Workplace: A Roadmap for Change Agents

September 13, 2013

Presented by Françoise Mathieu, M. Ed. CCC & Leslie Ross, Psy.D.

Would you like some concrete tools to expand your expertise as compassion satisfaction champions in your workplace?

  • Working in the fields of child welfare and mental health can pose significant challenges to staff: exposure to secondary trauma (STS), high stress work situations, a risk of developing compassion fatigue (CF) and related symptoms, and internal conflict between staff, often due to insufficient resources and increased workload.
  • Bringing together two experts in the fields of STS, CF and organizational health, this training day was designed for individuals who wish to expand their learning on how to implement concrete steps to bring compassion fatigue and secondary traumatic stress awareness in their workplaces.
  • Learn how to be a Compassion Fatigue Prevention Leader in your organization and start a self-care movement that everyone will want to follow!

This training has limited registrations available. Participants who took part in the Compassion Fatigue Train-the-Trainer with Françoise Mathieu last September will be given priority registration.

Cost: $100.00

Space is limited. Register today!
